The Southern Cross (Crux) constellation became a symbol for Marine Corps units stationed in the South Pacific during World War II, and is found on many unit symbols. Our heritage as Marine Raiders and Reconnaissance Marines honors this legacy by representing the fifth and smallest star of the Crux constellation; Ginan. Without this fifth star, a Sailor or Marine would mistakenly navigate off the “false cross,” a constellation that looks similar in orientation but lacks the fifth star.
We founded Fifth Star Services to continue our service to our nation through solving manpower problems, supporting exercises, and providing relevant education to enhance the effectiveness of our warfighters and first responders across the globe.
We are the company that will guide you toward your desired goals and end state; we are Fifth Star.
We provide Force Support through manpower augmentation, deployment to dwell tracking, train and employ planning and efficiency, operations center support, and administrative support.
We provide “Next Island” exercise and training support, focused on realistic military training using non-standard and disaggregated training assets to provide realistic and challenging training and evaluation for future operational environments.
We provide specialized enabler SMEs for planning, training, and augmentation. Our SME network encompasses SOF, interagency, state and municipal law enforcement, and private military contractors.
We design and deliver comprehensive and relevant organizational education and training from curriculum development to podium instruction.
